Individual Psychotherapy
The primary goal of individual therapy is to increase understanding of one’s thought and behavior patterns to help increase function and well-being. In therapy, people can learn how to effectively manage stress, interpersonal difficulties and troubling situations.

Includes assessment screening tools, 90-minute interview and a final written evaluation. Any additional case management and/or paperwork necessary to complete such an evaluation will be billed at my hourly rate ($125/hr) in 15-minute increments.

Parent Support
I provide parents with guidance and support, focused on connection and communication, to build stronger relationships with their children. We will work together to embrace the challenges, identify triggers, recognize patterns, create goals, and set boundaries.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a parent coach with Sky’s the Limit Fund (STLF): www.skysthelimitfund.org. STLF’s mission is to transform the lives of youth in crisis and their families by providing access to wilderness therapy programs, coaching services to guide families during the transition home, and outreach to educate the community on the benefits of wilderness therapy.

Nature is healing. Research shows that time in nature is connected to several benefits including improved attention, lower stress, and a better mood. The natural world that surrounds this community is amazing. If you feel time outside would be beneficial, we can plan our session accordingly.

Insurance
I am a provider through Sondermind and am credentialed with approximately 60 different insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Denver Health Medical Plan, Kaiser Permanente, Medicare, United Healthcare, and Velocity. Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision helps to enrich a new clinician’s knowledge and skills in order to competently provide quality care. I provide supervision to therapists seeking licensure.
