Welcome. I am so glad you are here.
It takes courage to reach out for support. When facing an overwhelming experience, many people feel lost, isolated and alone. Therapy is a way to relieve that sense of aloneness and form a trusting, collaborative relationship with someone who accepts you just as you are. I provide a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental environment, encouraging honest and open communication. I believe building a therapeutic relationship, through empathy and compassion, is crucial. I find that my honesty, authenticity, and sense of humor support the development of that relationship. Collaboration with the client is of the utmost importance to me. You are the expert of your experience; I am the compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable guide. We will work together to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, what they mean, and how they relate to your current challenges.
I am passionate about supporting each client’s well-being, balance and wholeness. I believe every person deserves the space and opportunity to let their authentic selves flourish. I believe people have the strength and determination to grow if given the resources to do so. My hope is to empower each individual by guiding them along the journey of personal growth and change.
